Whirl & Wash Laundry (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates as a partnership firm under the laws of India. By availing our services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
“Company” refers to Whirl & Wash Laundry
“Customer” refers to any individual or entity using our services
“Articles” include garments, fabrics, shoes, bags, household items, or any item submitted for service
We provide laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, home care, and related services on a best-effort basis using standard industry practices.
Service results may vary depending on fabric type and condition
Stain removal is not guaranteed
Some services may be fulfilled via third-party partners
Customers must inspect all articles at the time of delivery
Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Claims after this period shall not be entertained
A 2-day limited warranty is provided for service-related issues
Applicable only if the article has not been used after delivery
Claims beyond this period shall be rejected
We handle all items with reasonable care. However, we are not liable for:
Color bleeding, shrinkage, or fading
Fabric damage due to inherent defects
Normal wear and tear
Texture or finish changes due to cleaning process
Delicate or special-care items are accepted at customer’s risk
Customers must inform us of any special instructions in advance
The Company is not responsible for cash, jewelry, or valuables left in articles
No liability for damage to buttons, zippers, sequins, embroidery, zari work, or decorative elements
In case of proven loss or damage caused by the Company:
Compensation shall be limited to:
5 times the service charge OR ₹3000 per order (whichever is lower)
Valid invoice/order proof is required
Compensation may be provided as refund or store credit at our discretion
Articles not collected within 15 days from delivery or notification may incur storage charges (up to 25% of invoice value)
Articles unclaimed after 30 days shall be considered abandoned
The Company reserves the right to dispose of such items without further liability
Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup
A no-show fee may be charged if the customer is unavailable
Payment must be made in advance or at the time of delivery
Accepted methods: Cash, UPI, Cards, Wallets
Orders will not be released until full payment is received
Subject to availability and serviceable locations
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues
Such delays do not entitle the customer to compensation
Delivery timelines are indicative only
Delays shall not qualify for refunds or discounts
The Company reserves the right to refuse service for any article without assigning a reason
Customers must not submit:
Hazardous or flammable substances
Items with attached valuables
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against claims arising from:
Misrepresentation of garment condition
Failure to disclose special care requirements
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control, including:
Natural disasters
Fire, theft, burglary
Strikes or labor issues
Government restrictions
Pandemics or transport disruptions
Customer information is used only for service-related purposes
We do not sell or misuse personal data

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
